Is your company Certified & Registered?

We are registered by name ‘CHRONIC DISEASE MANAGEMENT RESEARCH INSTITUTE PRIVATE LIMITED’ as per Indian norms.

When CDMRI was founded?

CDMRI was established in 2016 by it’s founders. More information is available on our about page.

Are you an technology company or healthcare provider?

We are a health-tech company. We provide IT solutions to healthcare professionals along with healthcare services. Founders have strong background in technology, healthcare and services.

Are you a product company or services company?

Our product QuiqRx is developed inhouse. We offer QuiqRx as SaaS platform to healthcare professionals. We also provide niche medical services to doctors and patients. More information is available on our solutions page

What are the technologies used to build QuiqRx?

QuiqRx is a cloud hosted platform. We used opensource software to develop the server side and client side application.

Smartphone applications available?

We have doctor side and patient side mobile applications. Our mobile apps are built for Apple iOS and Google Android OS.

What is your working and contact hours?

We are open on Monday to Saturday from 9am to 6pm IST. You may contact us by email or call anytime.

Where you provide services?

We are working with select partner doctors to across south India. We welcome references from all across the world. Where there is a web, there we are with our quality services and global presence.

Payments

How do you accept the payment?

We accept payment through our payments partner Paytm and through direct bank transfer

What is your Payment Gateway?

Do you have your Wallet?

We don’t have a wallet, you can use Paytm wallet

My bank account got charged, but its not reflecting on my QuiqRx?

Some times, due to intermittent internet connections, payments communication might fail. Wait for 15-20minutes and re-check

Do you send transactional Email and SMS?

We send transactional Email and SMS for the transactions done on your account.

Can I unsubscribe to all Emails?

We send transactional Emails for your account. We suggest you to subscribe to transactional Email. You can choose to unsubscribe to all promotional Emails.

Can I unsubscribe to all SMS?

We send transactional SMS for your account. We suggest you to subscribe to transactional SMS. You can choose to unsubscribe to all promotional SMS.

Do you send promotional Email and SMS?

Occasionally we send promotional Emails and SMS based on your preferences.
